The Skinny: Arthur Loveless joined Clayton Wilson's architecture firm in 1907, eventually rising to partner and the two ended up helping to shape Seattle during its formative years.This 6-BR Colonial Revival was one of the many homes they designed and the 1909-built house hit the market back in May for $3.35M. The price was chopped three times before eventually getting into the sold column.

The Skinny: The market was a different place in 2007 when this 3-BR condo sold for $2.48M. Starting with an ask well-below that this time around, it didn't take too long for those downtown Seattle views to hook a new owner. Still, that's a bit of a bath.

The Skinny: With those views and that location, it's hard to believe this spot would have a hard time selling. But, it's been off and on the market a few times since 2013 since the passing of owner and entrepreneur Lawrence Lattin. Those curved walls of windows looking out on Elliott Bay and downtown Seattle pack a punch so the $1.8M price tag isn't surprising. Would love to see some more of the interiors but the listing keeps things close to the chest.
