Here we go again. Would-be SoDo arena owner Chris Hansen is submitting an offer to the NBA to purchase the Atlanta Hawks and relocate them to Seattle. But there's a twist! Film producer Thomas Tull is submitting an offer of his own with plans to move the franchise to Seattle as well. The team was put up for sale earlier this week and although Atlanta's mayor has said he will do everything he can to keep the Hawks in town, stranger things have happened. Just ask Sonics fans.
