The actual asking price...$649K! Good guess, jwelsh, only $10K off. Located at 335 NW 49th Street, the 1915 remodel is located just down the Phinney Ridge slope. Although the green & blue colors might be coincidental, it certainly can't hurt to go with that color scheme while everyone has Seahawks-vision around town.So, does that price sound right to you?
