Questionable Triad Capital Texts Throughout Seattle History

Tuesday, the you-know-what hit the fan for Triad Capitol Partners when it was revealed that SVP Brett Allen tried to get Seattle City Council candidate Jon Grant to grease some wheels on a lawsuit in order to help the Civic Square project along while promising that an anti-Grant political committee would go away if he did. The move has effectively ended the deal for Civic Square and brought to light the kind of shady back-room shenanigans many worry happens all the time in Seattle. The whole scenario got us thinking...what would it have looked like if Triad were in charge of some of the most notable moments in Seattle history? What would the texts have looked like then?
