As the story goes, there was a large cedar tree in a residential neighborhood in Everett that was recently cut down. Curiously, a twelve-foot-tall stump was left behind, which could have ended up an extremely strange eyesore. Instead, the stump was transformed into the magical Little Free Library you see above. We don't know why the tree was removed but at least something good came from it. Check out the full gallery to see more images. And if you're in the area, stop by a pick up a book.
