New, 1 comment

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. Today we zero in on West Seattle and see what you can get there for $1,500/month. You tell us which lease you'd sign.

Let's begin in North Delridge where you can get an 820 sf. 1-BR at The Residences at 3295 for $1,450/month. Quartz stone countertops and stainless steel appliances complete the open kitchen layout that opens up right into your private deck. 24-hour fitness center and many other amenities included as well.

We move on to The Junction where you can get a 587 sf. 1-BR at O2 West for $1,512/month. All of the usual unit features here (quartz countertops, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, tile backsplash, wood-style flooring, in-home washer/dryer and 9-ft. ceilings). Plus the benefits of being right near so many retail and restaurant options.

Over at Sausalito Apartments in North Delridge, you'll find a 601 sf. 1-BR for $1,495/month. An older building but it is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings for tons of light.

Back to The Junction where we find a 493 sf. 1-BR at The Spruce for $1,460/month. Definitely on the snug side but it's got a very modern feel and you still get a definitive bedroom. Lots of building amenities and a great, central location.

Finally we check in at Bauhaus Apartments in Gatewood where you can get a 673 sf. 1-BR for $1,495/month. Looks like they've done some work here with new appliances and new bathroom fixtures. Nice view from the patio as well.
