Best Spots for Brunch in Seattle; Saboteur Bakery Pop-Up at RN

This week's top hits from Eater Seattle, Curbed's sibling bar, restaurant, and nightlife blog.

EATER MAPS -- Brunch is a sacred part of the Seattle weekend. It's the hangover cure, the pick-me-up, the best way to kick off a busy day around town. The top brunch spots in town offer memorable meals, with creative plays on classics like re-imagined Bloody Marys or a Benedict with a twist. Eater has the hottest brunches in Seattle, updated for November.

OPENING ALERT -- Food truck Bread & Circuses has been a longtime staple outside the Two Beers Brewing taproom, The Woods, and the newly expanded space made room for the truck to run a kitchen on site. That is all coming to fruition this weekend, when Bread & Circuses starts cooking and serving inside the taproom for the first time.

POP-UPS -- Upcoming Bremerton bakery Saboteur will hold three pop-up bake sales at RN74 this month. Eater broke the news in September about Saboteur, a project from pastry chef Matt Tinder, who brings his Michelin pedigree to the Northwest. Tinder and his partner in life and business Kate Giuggio will be selling an assortment of freshly baked breads and pastries like croissants, brioche sucrée, and spelt Vollkornbrot, all of which are made with Washington ingredients. Look for the bake sales to run from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on November 17, 19, and 24.
