Overlooking Lake Washington, this 1933-built Windermere brick Tudor caught the eye of Curbed a few years back when it hit the market asking $8.5M. The price was backed up with a 5,600-square-foot mansion as well as a guest house, adjacent buildable lot, 263-feet of waterfront, and a funicular that shuttles guests back and forth between their quarters and the main house. Impressive, but no one bit. So now it's relisted at $6.99M with the hope that it'll fit more in line with recent Seattle sales of that level (of which there have not been many). Perhaps current owners Kenny and Marleen Alhadeff are just waiting for the right pro athlete to notice it. Between the tennis court, swimming pool and multiple docks, this place was made for owners that want to move around.
