When the house gets big enough, the bathrooms are too far apart if they're only by the bedrooms. Solution: more bathrooms. In the case of this 7,640 square foot timber framed mansion on Bellevue's waterfront, they included eleven (11). Get a tour to find them all. They may be counting at least one in the 1,100 square foot guest cottage. The 6 bedrooms are probably portioned out, too. When you're spending $7,380,000 you expect more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen. Instead of a wet bar, there's a bar that's basically a small kitchen. With so many square feet though, there should be enough room for the ping pong table somewhere else. Otherwise, balls bouncing off bottles may make a mess. There is a gym, a good place for sports; but maybe drinking and playing are intimately related. Outside, there's one of the main attractions: 75 feet of Lake Washington shoreline that includes a deep water dock and boat lift. That's far enough from the house, maybe they should install yet one more bathroom. If nothing else, it would be nice to have a shower after swimming in the lake. Right?
