The Skinny: The sale price came in a little under the ask not because of a negotiation but because the home had been priced fully-furnished and the buyer wasn't interested. Lots of nice things still included: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Crestron all-home automation. The indoor-outdoor living possibilities are the real draw here. There's gonna be some quality sunset-watching parties out there.

The Skinny: Not much in the way of photos for this Four Seasons Residence condo but we do know this 11th-floor unit gives you views of the waterfront and Space Needle. Plus you get to live in a hotel (basically) so you know it much be fancy.
