Generate Some Interest In This $918K Bainbridge House

The bit of a listing with "wired for generator" seems like the boring part, until you've gone a few days without power. Then, being able to fire it up is one of the greatest luxuries. On most days, this 3 bedroom, 4 bath, 2,650 square foot Craftsman probably grabs curb appeal from its fun paint job and ornamental woodwork. Inside, the Craftsman style continues; especially, in the entry, living room, dining room, and kitchen. A few innovative touches are the settee in the kitchen and the uncommon wallpaper in the bedroom. The house holds much of the $918,000 value; but it is only a candlelit shell when the power goes out - unless, Ta Da! the generator kicks in. Then all those twinkly lights can continue to twinkle, depending on the size of the generator, of course. And then, when the fuel runs out, there are fireplaces inside and out. You can sit on the patio, feeding the fire with branches blown down (unless they're green) on the 0.96 acre property, and look longingly at the hot tub that is slowly cooling.
