Tiny South Delridge House Has Room Enough For $249K

New, 1 comment

Someone in 1925 had an idea that's in style again: a 1 bedroom, 1 bath in a Craftsman. Now, this tiny in South Delridge has an asking price of $249,000, which is probably a lot more than what they paid for it 90 years ago. Now, it has gleaming floors and fresh appliances; and it also has simple touches like curtains instead of cabinet doors. Some ideas have always been popular, like the porch that's big enough to keep you dry as you pull out your keys, or give guests a dry space while they wait for you to answer the door. Of course, getting from the back of the house to the front won't take long when there are only 610 square feet. With 7,440 square feet outside, you could even be relaxing on the deck or gardening in the yard. Those ideas have been popular for a long time, too.
