Farrafan said "around $755K" which we'll accept and that's good news because that's the closest one. Actual asking price: $759K. The first floor includes a heated garage/flex space which looks much cooler as a hangout for you than for your car. The second level is where you'll find the living room and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Third floor has two bedrooms and a guest bath. The top floor is where you'll get to the master suite and the outdoor patio. Clearly someone already thought the price was right because the place went pending yesterday.
