Here's a Tiny $375K Cape Cod with Pacific Rim Touches

New, 1 comment

It's a Cape Cod from the front, with a bit of the Orient in the back. That's an impressive feat for a tiny house. The closest water to this 1946 Cape Cod is either rain or Haller Lake. It would be too easy for it to be too dull, but they've managed to do a lot with a little. The front door is painted red. The front yard fencing is a useful and decorative lattice with a gate to the sidewalk; which is handy for a place with a "somewhat walkable" Walk Score of 54. They're asking $375,000, which gets you 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 720 square feet inside, on a flat 9,016 square foot lot. Flat is good if you want the maintenance to be easy. Flat is also good for the gardening they've started out back. That's where the Orient stands out with a simple aesthetic and what looks to be a Tori gate; though that may just be a nice support for hanging things. Take a tour to check.
