The word 'tiny' and the number $399,950 don't usually go together, unless they describe a bungalow in Ballard. It was built in 1917, when 'tiny' probably described something much smaller than the current 708 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath - but it has also received so much care that the floor shines and the paint is fresh and refined. Some of the original elements remain, like in the woodwork around the doorways and windows. If the kitchen cabinets are new, they've done a good job of matching the historic character. Can you even buy that old style shower curtain and tub combination? Harder to get in and out of, but a nice use of space. The tiny aspect is helped by a basement for storage and a fenced backyard for - whatever. It's the holiday shopping season. Could someone buy this one and have it close in time to wrap a bow around it?
