UCLA Coach Jim Mora Sells Yarrow Point Home For $3M

When UW grad Jim L. Mora was hired by the Seattle Seahawks in 2007, he and his family purchased the 6-BR home at 4450 94th Ave NE in Yarrow Point for $2.4M. A year later, the entire 6,840 square-foot house was remodeled and the family settled in for the long haul. The coaching profession being what it is, Mora's time with the Seahawks was soon over and he's been the head coach at UCLA since 2012. Listed in June of last year for $3.15M, they finally sold the home last week for $3M. Featuring an art studio, home theater, game room with wet bar, multiple decks and a covered patio with barbecue area, it's seems to have everything covered. There's also a guest house on the property as well.
