Description: This project began in 2010 and was completed in five months, including two upper floors, basement, decks, new garage, and landscaping. Woodcrafters Construction LLC completed the design and construction for the project, including the framing, doors & windows, cabinets, trim, flooring, and decks. They partnered with Cisco Electric, Lakecity Plumbing, Fremont Furnace Co, Phinney Ridge Cabinets, and Seattle Tile Co for most of the subcontracting and finishes. Much of the old trim and flooring (90 years old) was re-used or re-purposed. Throughout the rest of the house, finishes included granite countertops, porcelain and glass tile, cherry cabinets, solid wood trim, and custom-made stair railings. Initially meant to be fixed up for a flip, the builders loved the remodel so much they decided to move in themselves in the end.
