For a time, this structure was the Indianola Fire Station and it's still got the three tandem garage bays to prove it. Most recently, it was the Trillium School. Now, the 2,100 sq. ft. duplex is on the market as...whatever you want it to be. And it'll only run you $380K for the whole thing. The homes have been renovated well but we're mostly excited about the possibilities with those two-sided garages. The huge lawn out back is ample room for whatever you can think of as well. The only unfortunate thing...since it's one-level, there's no fireman's pole. Kinda takes the thrill out of living in an old fire station.
