Wilshire Capital and Via Architecture are bringing their plans for a seven-story, 49-unit mixed-use project at 525 Boren Avenue N before the design review board tonight for potential recommendation. With it, they've provided some updated renderings that paint a clear picture of what the building would look like as it cozies up to multiple Amazon offices as well as the Boren Building. Along with the residential units, the complex will also include 2,200 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space along Boren Ave N. Other building amenities will include a fitness area, bike service and storage area and a rooftop patio with private gardening area. This project is one of two projects that Wilshire Capital is pursuing in the South lake Union area, the other being a 244-unit complex at 427 9th Avenue.
