Planned Bellevue Residential Towers Now 'International Plaza'

Ever since Plus Investment USA acquired the 1.6-acre First Congregational Church property at 752 108th Ave. N.E. in downtown Bellevue and made plans to build two towers, we've been eagerly awaiting the details. CEO Kevin Corbett told reporters on Monday that the property will be tentatively known as International Plaza. The plaza will include two 43-story condominium towers above a retail podium. He also mentioned there's a possibility to add office buildings and hotel space and that they want the entire plaza up and running by 2020. They have plans to meet with Bellevue officials on Thursday to talk more details.
