Last Week's Biggest Sales: Tom Kundig & Eric Cobb Homes Sold

Listed for: $3.25M
Received: $2.84M
Size: 4-BR, 3.25 bath, 5,140 sf
Location: 1530 38th Ave E, Madison Park
The Skinny: This modern home has come up a few times on the site before. Known as The Lumpkin Residence, it was remodeled back in 2008 with everything new except for the century-old brick walls and entrance gates. A wine cellar, office butler pantry and underground garage with a shop fill in the amenities.

Listed for: $2.85M
Received: $2.795M
Size: 4-BR, 2.75 bath, 3,065 sf
Location: 6775 Beach Dr SW, Fauntleroy
The Skinny: Another familiar house. We featured this Tom Kundig waterfront home back in October. On the open market for the first time, this West Seattle house boasts a heated outdoor pool long enough to swim laps in as well as two-story library space, greenhouse and elevator to help you get around. We're surprised it took this long, honestly.

Listed for: $1.9M
Received: $1.9M
Size: 4-BR, 2.5 bath, 3,065 sf
Location: 1114 32nd Ave S, Leschi
The Skinny: The third home on the list this week is also a house we've seen before. We're three-for-three! Surely you remember Eric Cobb's Open House, named for very obvious reasons. On both levels, an exterior wall on lifts opens at the touch of a button turning an interior living area into an upscale indoor/outdoor space. They got exactly what they asked for on the price. We're guessing so will the buyers.
