Hamilton Urban Partners and Neiman Taber Architects bring their plans for Madison Apartments at 2305 East Madison Street in Central District before the design review board for potential recommendation tomorrow evening. The six-story structure will contain 51-75 residential units, six live/work units and 2,550 sq. ft. of commercial space. Parking for 50 vehicles will also be provided, some of which will be below grade. There's room for about six or seven street-level retail spaces and it looks like residences will be on the smaller side but many will include a balcony. There's also the obligatory rooftop deck hangout as well. Early on in the process, the complex was referred to as 'Le Madison,' which we applaud their decision to discard.
