You know how people in Seattle will ask you not to tell your friends and family how great it is here, that it doesn't rain as much as they think and that it's actually an awesome place to live? Well it looks like the secret is out. According to Gene Balk, 2014 was a record-year for King County driver licenses issued to newcomers (64,376) and 2015 is already on pace to smash that record. January and February saw 10,616 licenses issued to newcomers alone. As for where they're coming from, California is king, followed by Texas (?), Oregon and Arizona. [FYI Guy, Image: Sam Thorogood]
