New, 1 comment

Listed for: $2.53M
Received: $2.3M
Size: 4-BR, 4.25-bath, 5,240 sf
Location: 6320 NE 57th St, Windermere
The Skinny: The once-home of Washington Governor Albert Rosellini caught our eye when it hit the market in early March. Not only did it not take long to sell but it also didn't take long to get way more than asking price, upping the final amount by over $200K.

Listed for: $2.39M
Received: $2.15M
Size: 4-BR, 3.5-bath, 4,520 sf
Location: 2271 Westmont Wy W, Magnolia
The Skinny: This William Bain home was built in 1939 and stood the test of time. This one needed a couple price decreases in order to get to where it was affordable. Guess that Elton John concert footage in the "man cave" paid off in the end.

Listed for: $995K
Received: $985K
Size: 4-BRm 3.5-bath, 4,000 sf
Location: 13059 42nd Ave NE Unit C, Lake City
The Skinny: Not often we see many North Seattle homes make the list this far north. This Northwest Contemporary features a large deck for entertaining and a solarium as well as a large patio area out back.
