Kingston Home by FLW Apprentice Milton Stricker Available

The midcentury modern homes of Milton Stricker are spread out all across Western Washington and one in Kingston just hit the market for $690K. The Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice build this home at the tail end of his career, but it still retains a lot of the iconic style he brought to every home. The Y-shaped roof is a Stricker calling card and the geometric abstraction inside is one as well. Big, open rooms with big windows, though the built-in ladder for a loft bed is a fun touch. You might not believe the home was built in 1990 because it looks so very 1960 (especially in the kitchen). You don't just the home, by the way. You also get 2.3 acres on two lots and 200 feet of Gamble Bay waterfront. Let's hope this one sells a lot quicker than that other Stricker home in Duvall.
