Last Week's Biggest Sales: Fifty Shades Condo Sold For $1.87M

Listed for: $1.925M
Received: $1.875M
Size: 2-BR, 2-bath, 1,955 sf
Location: 1920 4th Ave #2405, Belltown
The Skinny: Escala, Seattle's best-selling building of 2014, is getting a good start on 2015 with the sale of this condo that we wrote about when Fifty Shades of Grey was coming to theaters. It'd be easy to reenact the movie poster as the 36-foot windows give you a 180-degree view of the city, including Elliott Bay. Ended up getting pretty close to ask, which is what'll happen when you're talking about a property so many folks are after.

Listed for: $1.73M
Received: $1.68M
Size: 4-BR, 3.25 bath, 4,670 sf
Location: 13208 11th Place NW, Broadview
The Skinny: Here's an impressive Northwestern Contemporary in Broadview that almost got it's asking price as well. Custom built in 2008, the home boasts four bedrooms, lots of great landscape and what looks like a lap pool in the exercise room.

Listed for: $825K
Received: $930K
Size: 3-BR, 1.75-bath
Location: 4302 Densmore Ave N, Wallingford
The Skinny: Looks like a bidding war might have helped drive up the price on this Wallingford Craftsman. The 1925 original boasts lead glass built-ins, fir and oak floors, fireplace, renovated kitchen & bathrooms and a cute breakfast nook overlooking the garden. They ended up boosting the sale price $100K over the ask and that nook might have been what did it.
