Jean Jongeward was an interior designer and journalist who helped create what came to be known as Northwest style. She once called 119 Tower Place in Queen Anne home but now you can so long as you pony up $3.9M. Jongeward's style focused on natural wood, stone and subtle accents and all of that can be felt even now. The 4,130 sf home was remodeled in 2004 by noted designer Nestor Matthews looks elegant without going the pretentious route. We don't know whose idea it was to put that awesome statue on the water feature out back, but we salute the choice. Also not a bad choice, that back porch with entertainment options aplenty and Space Needle views.
