Martin Selig Keeps Building; Bellevue Condo Tower First-Look

DOWNTOWN -- With the $6.5M of a parking garage in January and $7.5M purchase of the building at 1925 Third Ave. this week, Martin Selig announced that he plans to build an office/apartment tower as high as 440 feet tall on the southwest corner of Third Avenue & Virginia Street. Perkins + Will will be the architect. [PSBJ]

BELLEVUE -- Chinese developer Create World USA unveiled a preliminary rendering of a condo tower they are developing with Daniels Real Estate in downtown Bellevue. The 110 three-bedroom condos are being designed to accommodate extended families, which signals an expectation of tenants coming from China. [PSBJ]

DOWNTOWN-- Developer Urban Visions recently submitted plans for an 11-story office building at 1516 Second Avenue, currently the home of the Chromer Building. They're still early in the design process but foresee eight office space levels, two retail levels and a couple penthouse residences on the top floor. [DJC]
