Greystar and Weber Thompson brought their designs for a 7-story, two-building complex containing 168 total residential units and 14 total live/work units called Elan Uptown Flats before the design review board last night. Located at 300 1st Ave West, the building will offer a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units and will also offer 142 parking spaces below grade. Located around the corner from KeyArena and just blocks from the Uptown district, the complex should be a hot property in the ever-expanding Seattle apartment market.
