Back in May 2014, we featured this George Suyama-designed Shaw Island estate. The Pacific Northwest sanctuary, which boasts 2,100 feet of waterfront, two private beaches, an 800 sq. ft. studio and a 3,000 sq. ft. shop, was asking $5.9M. There were no takers and they delisted this past February. Now the home is back on the market but this time they've chopped a little over a million off that asking price, which is now $4.75M. They might have lowered the price but they've actually upped the acreage. What was once a 35-acre offer now includes 54 acres. Guess they picked up a parcel. Inside the 2,994 sf home, you get the signature woodwork, open floor plan and inside/outside living that you'd expect from Suyama. Outside? Well, it's San Juan living. You know that's probably pretty good as well.
