The project utilized steel flush beams in the ceiling to open up the space, soundproof insulation in the walls and ceilings for noise control, a Navian high efficiency tank-less water heater with a re-circulating pump, solid-core craftsman style doors, & period-correct trim, lighting, & plumbing fixture details.
