Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. Today we find out what $2,000/month can get you. You tell us which lease you'd sign.
↑ We begin in Greenwood where $2,000/month gets you this 925 sf 2-BR at Sapphire Condos. The sizable, well-kept unit comes in a building full of the usual amenities foyer with pool table, exercise room, game room and rooftop deck). Good location along 85th between Greenwood Avenue and Aurora Avenue.
↑ In U District, you can get a 854 sf 2-BR at TraVigne. This unit features a large, central living area with great views. You also get a private deck and a pretty central location if you're looking to enjoy the neighborhood. Good option for commuters as well.
↑ Next up we head to Ballard where you can find an 807 sf 1-BR at AMLI Mark24. One of the many newer condo options in the neighborhood, this one is pet-friendly (off-leash area and pet spa) and feature two interior design finish packages, whatever that entails. The top-level "lighthouse" and rooftop terrace look like great hangout spaces and you're a quick walk from all the Market Street offerings.
↑ Next up, Capitol Hill and Vox Apartments, where you can get a 661 sf 1-BR at $1,967/month. Some serious modern condo living going on here. There's a rooftop grilling station, pet run and fitness center included or you could venture out to do that stuff in the fun neighborhood below. The unit includes a washer-dryer and, using the layout provided, plenty of room to "kick back" or "chop chop."
↑ Finally we go Uptown where you can find an 801 sf 1-BR in The Bernard. You get floor-to-ceiling windows, washer-dryer and what seems to be a lot of light streaming in (even if you're too low to get those great views). The place has it's own garage, making living in Uptown sound a whole lot more appealing than first glance.
