Well, this is supposedly a Mediterranean climate, so the address on Riviera Place makes sense. And it is in the corner of the country (apologies to Alaska and Hawaii). And it is waterfront. Maybe the Miami paint job makes sense. Of course, from the inside of this 3 bedroom, 2.25 bath stucco two story, the views are of Lake Washington, your dock, and Mount Rainier. So, even after you've spent your $2,100,000 on 3,110 square feet of fine living space, you won't be confused about where you live. At least there aren't any gators to worry about, but there are palm trees. Not only does the outside of the house make a statement, but you can make an artistic statement inside, too. The interior is designed to accommodate art. There are alcoves and niches for sculptures, and great expanses of white space waiting for frames. The kitchen is a study in cubes, squares, and rectangles. The bathrooms range from folksy to modern glass and steel. A wine cellar is natural, and reminiscent of southern Europe. The steam shower and sauna are great for replicating tropical heat and humidity when the weather is definitely Washington instead of Florida.
