Crescent Heights is seeing double over it's plans for 1901 Minor Avenue in downtown Seattle. The Miami developer wants to build two 39-story towers with an eight-story podium that will result in roughly 600 apartments, 440 underground parking spaces and the requisite street-level retail. According to the design review packet Crescent submitted their goal is to use strategically-placed amenity spaces to create "neighborhoods" within the towers. Cue the requisite jokes about the gentrification in those "neighborhoods" in 10-15 years. [PSBJ]
