Bellevue Towers Studio Becomes a Chic Pied-à-Terre

New, 2 comments

Project Name: Bellevue Towers Apartment Design
Location: Bellevue
Timeframe: 10 months
Professional: Hyde Evans Design
Description: When the new owner of this Bellevue condo bought the unit, she was worried about how she would make it livable with one room. So, Hyde Evans Design turned it into two. Dividing the space with a screen, both sides of the unit are now multifunctional. One side acts as the media/living/dining room plus art gallery while the other side acts as the bedroom/office/library. The owner now live on San Juan Island and use this space as a city "pied-à-terre." The bed, coverlet, ottomans, screen and sofa were custom designs by Hyde Evans Design and fabricated by Patricia Larson of Patricia Larson Custom Upholstery. The white leather chair is by Minotti. The chandelier is by Moooi. The fabric on the ottomans is Kenyatta Mandatta from Shumacher. The screen is covered in a Kuawa-patterned fabric from Kravet. The table has a Saarinen base with a custom sized marble top.
