↑ Let's start at the Angeline in Columbia City, where you can get a 599 square-foot studio for $1,790/month. Lots of building amenities here (theater room, rooftop deck, fitness center, bike lounge) and you've got a PCC down below. No shots of the actual units yet so you'll have to investigate further but it's a chance to be the first ones to live here.
↑ Next we head to GreenHouse Apartments where you can get a 661 square-foot one-bedroom for $1,790/month. Another recent addition to Columbia City, it's focused on eco-friendly living and features a rooftop fire pit, sundeck and "greenhouse" that every resident can enjoy.
↑ Now it's off to 1111 Atlantic Place Condos where we get a 1,200 square-foot two-bedroom for $1,800/month. This end unit features many windows for natural light, a private patio and winter time views of downtown from your North Beacon Hill spot. Unit features include new double-paned windows, carpet and laminate floors.
↑ Now we head to Brighton where you can get this three-bedroom house at 4216 S Bozeman Street for $1,795/month. The 1,400 square-foot home is recently-remodeled and includes new hardwood floors, new cabinets, granite countertops and new energy efficient windows. If you're not much for the apartment building experience, this might be a good alternative, especially if you need some space.
↑ Finally we end up in South Beacon Hill where this 1,020 square-foot three bedroom home is available for $1,750/month. There's fresh paint and new flooring inside and it's situated on a quiet side street.
