Big Reveal: $985K For Renovated 1900 Wallingford Farmhouse

New, 3 comments

Yesterday, we asked you to guess the asking price for this renovated and remodeled 1900 farmhouse in Wallingford (yes, there probably used to be farms there before QFC moved in). We got some solid guesses in the $1M-$1.1M range but we're awarding the win to angeline, who guessed $950K. That's pretty close to the actual ask of $985K. Rustic on the outside, the inside is like living in an artistic showpiece. Light throughout, custom built-in cabinetry, chef's kitchen, dining room opens to patio and an attic room with a rooftop deck. So now that you know, does that price sound right to you?
