Last time we heard about plans for a public toilet in Pioneer Square, it turned into a real pissing match. With little time to waste, it looks like the city has moved on from plan number one and has found their plan number two. Seattle has earmarked $230K in their most recent budget for the "purchase, transportation and installation of a stand-alone restroom" in Pioneer Square and hope to have it installed by year's end. We'll see if the city is finally able to squeeze this one out. [ST] Image: John D
