Some houses are snapped up in days. Others take years. The sellers should be commended for their patience.
Yes, there are houses that take more than a week to sell. This one just celebrated its one year anniversary of being on the market. Up by Seattle Golf Club, there's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath one story asking $1,965,000. Inside and out the attention to detail is impressive. Beautiful floors, an enormous kitchen, wide doors leading outside, and a master bath with dual sinks separated by a cabinet. There will be no accidental intrusion of one person's stuff by another person's sink. Rooms are given room because of the 3,810 square feet, which is why the living room, dining room, and other sitting rooms have expansive space. Windows bring in the light, and a corridor view of the Olympics. Outside, they describe the grounds as like a nursery, which is true on the variety, but the plants are arranged for appearance instead of productivity. And, there are a lot of them because the lot covers 0.79 acres; that's a lot of garden for relaxation. Why hasn't it sold? Evidently, it hasn't attracted the right buyer, yet. Eventually, a golfer, gardener, chef with the right finances will show up. Right?
