In March 2014, we saw this 1937-built, 5-BR Shoreline estate hit the market asking a whopping $6.25M. Schultz Miller Construction had taken a house purchased for $3.2M and given it a comprehensive remodel. But buyers weren't impressed, or at least enough to go for that price. So down it came to $5.725M just a month later. Delisted in August, the sprawling 2.71 acre-estate is back on the market, though this time at $5.38M. Originally-designed by Harrie "H.T." Lindeberg, a noted country home architect, the brick Georgian boasts a curved staircase, intricate millwork & hardwoods, wood-paneled library and four fireplaces. Outside, a massive lawn as well as gardens, a fruit orchard & lap pool. We see they still haven't taken our previous advice about the wallpaper, but, the furnishings do give it a kind of stuffy charm in a weird way.
