Last Week's Biggest Sales: 1909 Magnolia 7BR Sells For $2.7M

Listed for: $2.95M
Received: $2.74M
Size: 7-BR, 5.25 bath, 8,890 sf
Location: 2720 W Galer St, Magnolia
The Skinny: This stately seven-bedroom home was built in 1909 but it looks to be in great shape. Some really nice interior design and fixtures throughout, no wonder it didn't stray too far from the ask. Last sold for $1.8M in 2012 so the seller must've put a lot of work into it recently.

Listed for: $2.2M
Received: $2.075M
Size: 2-BR, 1.75-bath, 1,650 sf
Location: 1521 2nd Ave #1803, Downtown
The Skinny: You know you're talking luxury when you're looking at a double-digit condo in 1521 Second Avenue. Especially one that has waterfront views from the living room and city views from the bedrooms. Still, it took five months a price reduction in order to move this place, proving not everything on the market is going ASAP.

Listed for: $1.55M
Received: $1.45M
Size: 2-BR, 2-bath, 1750 sf
Location: 819 Virginia St, Unit 3403, Downtown
The Skinny: This one is considered the "premier penthouse" in the Cosmopolitan Tower with northeast corner views over South Lake Union from the 34th floor. You get eleven-foot ceilings, walls of windows and luxury appliances throughout including Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Miele. This one actually sold for $1.75M back in 2007 at the height of the market, showing us that while times are good for sellers, it's not quite the best it's been.
