The 106,000-square-foot MidTown Center at 23rd and Union is not only being rezoned but it's also currently for sale, making it "one of the last remaining large developable sites" in the city. It's the first time in 70 years that the near two-acre site is up for sale and it's expected to set a record when it does sell, according to Kidder Matthews. There's already a ton of development going on in the surrounding sites and you can expect Seattle's next big mixed-use project to find a home here soon enough. [CHS]
