Don't freak out, Seattle Mariners fans! Felix Hernandez is selling the 5-BR, 4.5-bath Bellevue residence he bought in 2010. But before you take this as some kind of sign he's leaving town, know that he and his family actually moved to a different Bellevue home in 2013. This one just took a long time to get to market, apparently. Purchased for $3.2M in 2010, the Mediterranean style home is asking $3.8M. Hernandez is definitely playing the market, although it's not as if King Felix is hurting in the wallet either way. It comes with a big entertaining areas, a chef's kitchen and a home theater, not to mention stunning Lake Washington views. No backyard bullpen, which might surprise you. The home also seems to have recovered pretty well from a fire that damaged it in 2013.
