Is White Center a part of Seattle? Wait, where is White Center? Admit it, you're not sure, are you? Well the answer is actually no but it might soon be yes. This morning, the Seattle City Council's Education and Governance Committee will discuss the possibility of annexing the North Highline region just south of Seattle's current borders. The question of whether or not to access a tax credit in order to make the annexation more economically feasible may drive the decision. [WSB]
