WALLINGFORD-- Pollard Entities and Washington Holdings just plunked down $7.1M for a lot at 3627 Stone Way where they plan to build a 124-unit mixed-use complex called the Hayes on Stone Way. Permit documents filed with the city show plans for a 24-story residential tower at 403 Dexter Ave. N. that includes approximately 250 units, 2,000 square feet of retail and 85 parking spaces.
