Spruce West Seattle Opens; Bryant Heights at Ravenna Pre-Sales

THE JUNCTION -- Madison Development Group has announced the grand opening of Spruce West Seattle at 4555 39th Ave SW. The 427,000 sq. ft mixed-use complex includes 216 units and 42,211 sq. ft. retail space. Apartments range from $1,225—$1,450 for a studio up to $2,160—$3,400 for a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. RAVENNA -- Designed by Johnston Architects, Polygon Northwest's upcoming development Bryant Heights at Ravenna offers a new enclave of single-family homes that feature three to four bedrooms, media rooms, family rooms, home offices, large decks and detached two-car garages. One of the four-bedroom homes is on the pre-sale market asking $1.29M. [Redfin]

WALLINGFORD-- Pollard Entities and Washington Holdings just plunked down $7.1M for a lot at 3627 Stone Way where they plan to build a 124-unit mixed-use complex called the Hayes on Stone Way. Just up the street from Brooks Sports, the market-rate apartments project will also include 7,500 square feet of retail space. [PSBJ]

SOUTH LAKE UNION-- Wilshire Capital Partners has their third Seattle project all plotted out. Permit documents filed with the city show plans for a 24-story residential tower at 403 Dexter Ave. N. that includes approximately 250 units, 2,000 square feet of retail and 85 parking spaces.
