Ralph Anderson Shoreline Midcentury Now Asking $1.25M

New, 1 comment

If there's a Ralph Anderson home for sale in the Seattle area, we are there. The Father of Pioneer Square built plenty of luxury homes all over the Pacific Northwest as well. The 3-BR he designed in Shoreline's Innis Arden neighborhood recently hit the market. Initially asking $1.325M, they've come down almost $100K to $1.25M a month later. Built in 1958, the midcentury modern maintains that look & feel in spite of updates. Anderson liked big vertical windows, slanted roofs and open living spaces and you get all of that here. The big, brick fireplace centerpiece is the standout feature from which the entire downstairs emanates out from. Outside, there's plenty of connection to nature with the large deck spaces, a stone walkway and Sound views.
