Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. Today we find out what $1,700/month can get you in Seattle. You tell us which lease you'd sign.

Let's begin in Leschi where you can get a 595 square-foot 1-BR at Avana on the Lake for $1,705/mo. Formerly known as Shangri-La, the apartments here have been updated to offer a mix of modern decor and relaxed lakeside living. You can get a great view from your balcony or the sundeck by the pool.

It's off to Olympic Hills where we find a 1,065 square-foot 2-BR at Array for $1,705/mo. Built Green and Built Smart certified, Array features a 24-hour fitness center with yoga area, landscaped courtyard, fire pit and BBQ area and a rooftop view deck.

Next up we go to Capitol Hill where a 397 square-foot studio at Vox Apartments will run you $1,699/mo. No, it's not a lot of space, but it sure looks sleek and clean and comes with a great view. Plus, you're in the heart of the Pike/Pine Corridor if you're looking for location.

From here it's down to the International District where you can get a 690 square-foot 1-BR at Uwajimaya Village for $1,692/mo. Great location if you want to be near Pioneer Square and the stadiums. The light rail/bus terminal is right across the street for commuting. A private Zen courtyard gives you a chance to wind down despite the busy locale.

Finally we go to The Junction where we find a 760 square-foot 1-BR at Elan41 for $1,720/month. Just a few blocks from California Ave., it's prime location for West Seattle living. The unit itself looks modern and full of all the expected amenities.
