Last Week's Biggest Sales: Tom Kundig Home Sold For $1.98M

New, 1 comment

Listed for: $2.4M
Received: $2.192M
Size: 4-BR, 3.5-bath, 5,340 sf.
Location: 410 Erie Ave, Leschi
The Skinny: This 1999 construction hit the market in March at $2.4M but realized soon enough it had to come down a bit in price. Once it did, it just took a month to go pending. A modern mixture of contemporary and classic, this four bedroom features a solid waterfront view and lots of renovated/upgraded rooms inside.

Listed for: $2.2M
Received: $1.98M
Size: 3-BR, 2.25-bath, 3,073 sf.
Location: 414 34th Ave S, Leschi
The Skinny: Another Leschi home that needed to come down a bit in order to find the right price. This one also seems to exchange hands often, having been sold three times now since 2010. Each time the sale price has gone up between $150-200K. Considering it's a Tom Kundig home, it's no surprise it doesn't last long on the open market. The modern home was built "as a base-of-action for [the owner's] travels and other pursuits."

Listed for: $1.436M
Received: $1.436M
Size: 3-BR, 3.5-bath, 3,444 sf.
Location: 1359 32nd Ave S, Mt. Baker
The Skinny: Here's a 2015-built Green Canopy Homes residence that got exactly what it asked for and spent a whopping day on the open market. A solid modern construction that fits a lot into it's levels, including a rooftop deck with the requisite view.
