Guesses ranged from $1.7M to $3.1M and it was the latter by farrahfan that earned the win. The actual asking price: $3.2M (plus $1,272 in HOA dues). Understandable as this 35th-floor unit probably puts in a nomination for best residential views in Seattle as it gets clear looks to the West, North and Northeast.
