New Residential Complex Planned Close to Northgate Mall

Tonight, Wallace Properties and Baylis Architects bring their plans for a seven-story resident complex in Northgate before the design review board for some early guidance. The plans call for anywhere between 78 & 148 residential units, 3-to-17 live/work units and up to 138 parking spaces. Close to Northgate Mall, the building will infill an underused urban site which the developer is hoping to get re-zoned to 65-feet instead of the current 40-foot limit. That decision will impact which design they move forward with. Either way, it look like residences will mostly be a mix of open 1-BRs and 1-BRs.
